2021 Review
2021 was a great and interesting year for us at Citronella Room. We officially established ourselves as a record label and released a couple singles and EPs. This year saw the release of the Different Forms EP by Artisan P, as well the Some Oranges EP, a split between Buster Wolf and producer and beat maker Late Show Host.
We’re excited about what’s to come in 2022; a new EP from DJ Proof, and full-length releases from Artisan P, Buster Wolf, and Late Show Host. Read below for a recap on our year, as well as a link to purchase all the items mentioned below.
Late Show Host - “Introducing…/Wait, Please Hold” - Single
This year saw the debut single from producer Late Show Host. The free single features the two tracks “Introducing…” and “Wait, Please Hold”. The single is streaming online, it’s also available as a free download on our web store and on Bandcamp.
Artisan P - Different Forms EP
Artisan P delivered his solo project, Different Forms EP. The four new tracks feature production from Dr. LaFlow, DJ Proof, and denhead. This digital release is streaming on all platforms, and comes as an extended version, with the instrumentals as bonus tracks, when purchased on our site and on Bandcamp.
Late Show Host / Buster Wolf - Some Oranges EP
This project is an instrumental split release between Late Show Host and Buster Wolf. Some Oranges is available is out on a clear lathe-cut 7” vinyl and only 10 copies remain after the pre-order link was made available in late October. Each side of the record is comprised of new singles from the pair; Cacti by Late Show Host, and BASICboi5000 by Buster Wolf.
