#ThrowbackThursday: Artisan P & DJ Proof’s - MF DOOM Tribute
On this day last year, Artisan P and DJ Proof released their tribute track to the late MF DOOM. “Suite” is a single verse track where Artisan P shares his feelings about one of his favorite artists. The track artwork was put together by Francois Boucicault (IG: @francois_section). The track is only available streaming on Soundcloud.
It took me a second to process what we all learned on New Year's Eve. I obviously never met the man, but I spent more than half my life listening to his music. This is just a little something I wrote earlier this week and recorded and worked on over the past two days. RIP to the greatest and illest supervillain we'll ever know.
